1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and olybet ("olybet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at olybet.one. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the olybet platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the olybet platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with olybet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of olybet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the olybet platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

olybet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you fail to meet or cease to meet any of the above requirements. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of olybet services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any details that change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) olybet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. olybet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. olybet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, olybet is required to verify the identity of all registered players. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or PRC ID)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document

olybet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the olybet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). olybet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your bank's terms. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Deposits are generally credited to your olybet account within minutes of confirmation. olybet is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet operator.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• olybet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.

olybet reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

olybet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all olybet promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• olybet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or the use of automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• olybet reserves the right to request proof of identity before crediting any bonus.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the olybet platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product (casino games, sportsbook, bingo, etc.). These rules are accessible within each game or product section of the platform.

General betting rules applicable across all olybet products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. olybet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• olybet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, or bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, olybet will use its reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• olybet's decision on all betting disputes is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 15.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the olybet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to olybet immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the olybet platform.
• Allowing any third party, including a minor, to access or use your olybet account.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the olybet platform without prior written consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the olybet platform or the experience of other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the olybet platform — including but not limited to the olybet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of olybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the olybet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform.
• Use any olybet trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of olybet intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by olybet.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

olybet is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering with olybet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of olybet services.

olybet will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

olybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

You may activate any of these tools at any time through your account settings. Requests to increase limits or lift cooling-off periods are subject to a mandatory waiting period to ensure the decision is considered and deliberate.

olybet reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including where a player's betting patterns suggest problem gambling behaviour.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. olybet will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that all access attempts will be blocked. Players are responsible for not circumventing self-exclusion measures.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

olybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring suspension or closure.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, olybet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your olybet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, olybet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your olybet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olybet shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, even if olybet has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service beyond olybet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude olybet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The olybet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. olybet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

14 Amendments to These Terms

olybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, olybet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the olybet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and olybet, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. olybet will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any such process.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
